March begins tomorrow (rabbit, rabbit) so I’m looking forward to St. Patrick’s Day! I work as Youth Volunteer Coordinator for a local non-profit so I am always trying to show my kids some appreciation without breaking the bank or busting anyone’s waistline. This idea for a Rainbow Fruit Salad from Sarah’s Blog is my pick for St. Patty’s with my volunteers!
