Pin of the Day: Pumpkin Paper Lanterns

Aren’t these Pumpkin Paper Lanterns from Pier 1 sweet? They are a steal – a set of 3 8″ lanterns for $10.28. I don’t want to forget these on my next shopping trip so I’m saving them on my Ghosts and Ghouls Board!

How fun are these for a Halloween Party? Find some bright green polish and use a nail art pen (or a thin sharpie!) to paint on the stitches. I have found a lot of great Halloween nail ideas…perhaps another Inspiration Board is on the way? These are on my Ghosts and Ghouls Board.

Pin of the Day: Ghostly Pancakes

Here’s a sweet Halloween Pin that escaped all my Inspiration posts, but I couldn’t resist sharing it with you. What a sweet treat for Halloween morning! It’s on my Ghosts and Ghouls Board.

Inspiration: Halloween Party Favors

I love to give party favors, even when it’s totally unnecessary to do so and/or I have 100 people at my house and have to come up with – you guessed it – 100 favors. So here are my favorite ideas from across the web for inspired Halloween party favors and packaging. They’re all on my Ghosts and Ghouls Board. Enjoy!

Inspiration: Halloween Decor

OK, we’ve covered all the important stuff about the party: the food and drinks. What comes next? Oh, right – the decorations. If you think this list is long, wait until you see my upcoming post on pumpkins. Just so much fun stuff out there! These are all pinned to my Ghosts and Ghouls Board along with all my Halloween loves!

Inspiration: Halloween Party Drinks

One more element of a great party: the drinks. You can keep them simple and nothing’s amiss, or you can pump them up a notch with ideas like these and make your party truly spectacular. There’s just something about having a “fancy drink” in your hand that makes the night. Halloween is a great opportunity to use some really wild ideas for drinks and drinkware alike! These are all on my Ghosts and Ghouls Board. Cheers!

Inspiration: Halloween Party Desserts

My second installment of Halloween inspiration! Today it’s all about the sweets. Let’s be honest, that’s what Halloween is all about, right? I tried to pick some simple recipes that won’t require you to spend all day in the kitchen. These are all heading to my Ghosts and Ghouls Board.

Inspiration: Halloween Party Snacks

Pinterest is blowing up with adorable (and some not-so-adorable) ideas for Halloween party snacks. I prefer the cute, “not-so-scary” Halloween decor to the gory “looks-like you’re eating someone’s eyeball” Halloween style. Here is a compilation of some of the best salty and savory treats I found across the web and saved to my Ghosts and Ghouls Board. Hope it provides some inspiration! Another Halloween-themed installment will follow with all the seriously sweet treats and desserts I could find!
